Remarks

When this property is true, the C1.Blazor.Input.C1DropDown.EditableHeader will be used. If the drop-down is full-screen, the editor will be shown in the popup, otherwise it will be shown inline and will replace C1.Blazor.Input.C1DropDown.Header.
