    Hi !

I have my team to give support multiple applications at Playpower.

We bought 4 licenses long time ago, very long time ago. before Jun 19 2020

The 4 license were for product Active Report 7 , which I am not seeing anymore in the Product list page. Only products for Component One.

    https://developer.mescius.com/componentone/docs/license/online-license/licensing-by-command-line.html

The way that these license were installed was using an external old tool in one computer, and we have decommissioned that computer which had this installed and now we moved the CI/CD deployment to Azure Pipelines. That caused the problem that the application that was using that tool is not working because it has no license.

the 1 license I have received is the one installed in the machine, and the 3 other licenses were assigned to people that are no longer in the company.

I need to know how to solve this situation, by either recovering the 3 licenses of the people that is no longer in the company, and or by buying a license that can support Azure Devops pipelines deployments.

    Please advise.

    Hello Luis,

Thank you for contacting Mescius Support.

We reviewed our system but could not locate any licenses linked to your Mescius account. To help us provide accurate license details, I kindly request you to create a new case in our private support portal and include the email address used for purchasing the licenses. You can open a private case using this link:

    https://developer.mescius.com/my-account/my-support

Regarding licensing on Azure DevOps pipelines, the version of ActiveReports you are currently using does not support direct license activation in that environment. Instead, you can license your project using the steps outlined here:

    https://developer.mescius.com/forums/ar-dev/how-to-build-ar-v9-on-a-azure-dev-ops

For additional reference, please see the documentation on licensing ActiveReports 7:

    https://help.grapecity.com/activereports/webhelp/Legacy/AR7Help/OnlineEN/arHOWLicensingActiveReports.html

Important note: ActiveReports 7 is no longer supported. We strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version, ActiveReports 19, which includes significant improvements and new API features added over the years.

    Regards,

    Prabhat Sharma.
