  Fixes:

  AR-36677 [Designer][ContentPlaceHolder] | Cannot drag-drop controls into the ContentPlaceHolder
  
  AR-36786 Controls cannot be copied into the ContentPlaceHolder placed in the report header/footer
  
  AR-37051 [WebDesigner][Angular] | Preview property is mandatory, and ‘canPreview’ set to false is not working.
