Report Menu Does Not Appear in the Main Menu of Visual Studio 2019+

Background:

When a report is opened in Visual Studio 2019+, Report menu does not appear in the main menu.

Due to new behavior relating to extensions in Visual Studio 2019+, Report menu is removed as main menu.

Steps To Solve:

1. Open Visual Studio 2019+.
2. Navigate to Extensions in the Toolbar.
3. The report menu will now be available as a Submenu.
