Trial users and customers with expired or non-current licenses may request a token valid for 30 days. Token usage is subject to the Standard Support usage limits.

Active and Current License Users
Customers with active licenses may receive a token valid for the duration of their active license term. Token usage limits are determined by the support tier included with the product purchase (Standard, Platinum, or Enterprise). Read more about token generation here.

Standard Support
Includes baseline MCP server usage intended for individual developers and typical day-to-day product assistance, such as asking API, feature, and implementation questions.
Platinum Support
Includes increased MCP server usage limits to support more frequent development, testing, and team collaboration scenarios beyond the Standard Support offering.
Enterprise Support
Includes customized MCP server access and usage allocations designed to support organization-wide development teams and enterprise-scale usage requirements. Limits and terms are defined as part of the customer’s enterprise agreement. Contact our sales team for more information.
