One of the key ways to license a AR.NET project is with the GCLICX file.
This is a file you make via the GCLM and will be used for licensing Compiled Code type projects.
Sometimes you have issues that come up in relation to the GCLICX especially if you have several of them/ misplace which is which.
If needed you can send the contents of the gclicx file via a support case to verify that all the info is correct in it or if it is valid.
From there one of the team members will be using the decryption program to pinpoint if there are any issues.
For the article explaining how GCLICX files work please view this document: How is the GCLICX used for ActiveReports?
