How to fix, This Project was not build with a license for AR.XXX

This is a relatively common error that can come up when a machine is licensed but the project is not pointing to the GCLM for licensing.

You need to verify that the .licx file is correctly made: Licensing A Project Doc 

In this typically you just need to add the line relating to the specific area mentioned in the error.

In some cases there are use of the custom .gclicx file in which please refer to Compiled Code Licensing. However this error is not prevalent at all when using that method of licensing the project.
