Steps to Complete:
1. Run the C1LicenseDeActivation tool (C:\Program Files (x86)\ComponentOne\C1StartMenu\C1LicenseDeActivation Shortcut)
2. Fill out the information at the top of the form
3. Press "Next"
The license should now be de-activated on the machine
