Creating Rounded Edges on Tables in ActiveReports

Background:

This article shows how you can set a table, and other objects, to have rounded edges in ActiveReports.

Steps to Complete:

• Create instance of Container tool

• Create instance of Table (or other tool) outside of the container

• Drag Table inside of Container, expand to fit

• Enter Property dialog for Container, navigate to "Appearance" tab.

• Scroll down to Rounded Rectangles section of page, change to your liking.

Note; the report will still behave as whatever type of report it is, ie. Page, RDL, Section. Therefore, to have every page have an entire outlined table, you will need to use a page report. In the case of an RDL, the edges will be rounded at the beginning and end of the report, not necessarily on the same page.
