Installation issue with WPF Controls 202v3 (727) version

  The installation of that version does not proceed properly.
  
  As you can see in the attached image, the option to select the Framework does not appear, and even after completing the installation, no DLL is generated anywhere, nor does it show up in the Toolbox.

  Previously, during installation, there were checkboxes to select .NET Framework 4.0 and 4.5.

  When I run the old Control Panel, it downloads the new version, then closes and does not launch.
  
  Meanwhile, the latest Control Panel does not allow me to install that version.

  I would appreciate your help on how to resolve this issue.

  Thanks for reaching out to us.

  The C1 version(2020v3) that you are trying to install, is very old and out-of-support now. The latest C1 installer does not support installing the out-of-support versions. You can only download the build packages from the ‘Build Repository’ section as shown below:
