  I am using winforms NetFramweork 4.8 and my current installed version is 2024v2(688). I’m using C1PrintPreviewControl and C1PrintDocuments for creating Reports. After I installed hotfix 20242.700 I got a problem while saving the report as PDF in the C1PrinPreviewControl control.

  The image showing the error (C1PrintPreviewControl_Net4.8 error after applying hotfix 20242.700 on 2024v2(688).png) and the steps to get to it is attached:

  1. Show report (C1PrintDoc) in C1PrintPreviewControl and click on Save ikon
  2. On second window (Save as PDF properites) click OK
  3. Error message pops up. PDF is created but it cannot be oppened.

  So, version 2024v2(688) works ok, but after applaying hotfix 20242.700 , error appears.

  Hi,

  We created a sample project to test the issue you mentioned, but unfortunately, we could not reproduce it. Please refer to the attached sample project for reference.

  From an older case, we recommend confirming whether your project includes a reference to System.Memory.dll. You can find this DLL in our installation location - C:\Program Files (x86)\MESCIUS\ComponentOne\WinForms\bin\v4.8. Add it as a reference to your project and then try exporting the PDF.

  If the issue persists, please update the attached sample project with your C1PrintDocument to reproduce the problem. This will help us investigate further and assist you more effectively.

  Your example worked as per your advice.
  
  I solved it in my project as well, by deleting the project and pulling it from git, and updating the nuget packages for the entire project.
