  Hello,

  I can’t print in FlexViewer. The footer says:

  Object reference not set to an instance of an object

  What do I need to do to be able to print?

  When I click the printer button, I can select the printer. Then nothing happens, except for the text in the footer:

  Object reference not set to an instance of an object

  Hello Peter,

  This is a known issue that has been resolved in the 2025v1 (721) Hotfix 2 release. If you are using any previous version, please upgrade to the latest version and let us know if it resolves the issue at your end.

  In case you are using the latest version and still getting the issue, please share the stripped-down sample replicating the issue so that we can assist you further accordingly.
