  Hi all,
  
  I am trying to add some reference lines to a plot to show reference level on y axis (and maybe X). I’ve tried using LineMarker, but could not place it on the Y data value correctly using HorizontalPosition.

  I tried annotation and that partially work. The line works. The label only shows if the line is short enough to just fit the current view. But if I make it long enough that you have to scroll horizontally, then the content text does not show. Is there a way to make it show always center, left, or right of the line in view? attached is the example of annotation line.

  We can achieve this scenario using the relative Line Annotation. However, we noticed the line is not rendered properly (the alignment is off by some factor).
