C1SplitButton: no designer snapline "Baseline"

    This happens for the .NET10 WinForms Out-of-process designer: the C1SplitButton has no SnapLine of type “Baseline”:



    The second part of the screenshot shows the baseline for a “regular” button.

    This baseline is required to align e.g. a label on the same y position as the button text.

    Attached is also a sample project.
