  I want to be able to select whole words that have a “_” in them on double click. So for example if you double click on the “w” in the following phrase: “John_was_here” it will only select the word “was” instead of the whole phrase. (Which is standard). I need this because I am building an editor I use for coding so I want to be able to select a whole variables name instead of just part of it on a double click. Also I want to be able to copy it automatically to the clipboard as a bonus.

  I apologize I found that it does work properly with double clicking on words joined with _. I do want to be able to copy a selected word to the clipboard when someone double clicks on a word while holding the control key.

  Could you please confirm the version of C1Editor you’re using? The .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8.0 builds are based on different architectures, so knowing the exact version will help us guide you more accurately.

  Hello john,

  We tried creating a sample using the .NET 8 version of the Editor but ran into an issue. After confirming with the development team, it turned out to be a bug. [Bug Tracking ID: C1WIN-34408]

  At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the fix, but we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.
