    Hello,

As per the developers, VBA is not currently supported in C1.Excel, so there is no UpdateRemoteReferences property or any equivalent in this library.

Could you please describe exactly why you need this property and provide details about your use case so that we can assist you accordingly?

    Regards,

    Uttkarsh.

a separate workbook(A) is being created that is referenced by another workbook(B). when using the Office Excel Object library, using this command eliminated any excel prompts for broken links, etc. when opening B. The purpose was to remove the prompts for users. using C1.Excel, the workaround is to open A with Excel and save or have the user click one of the Excel prompts when showing the broken links after opening B.

We had the same issue creating A with the Excel Object Library until we set property to True. We were using the method for many years. We will now review what options may be available in Excel if the VBA property is not available after switching to using C1.Excel.

    thanks, we can close this.
