  We are having the requirement for the grid as per attachment in Angular 4.

  Hi,

  You may set AllowMerginig property of grid to enable cell merge.
  
  Default merge manager merges adjacent cells with the same data in either row or column. Please refer to the following sample: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-lzz1fz?file=app%2Fapp.component.ts

  For more advanced merges you need to implement a custom MergeManager similar to the one in this sample: https://demos.wijmo.com/5/SampleExplorer/SampleExplorer/Sample/CustomMerging
