  Hello,
  
  the legend title is not visible in small pie charts (in angular 2 component in my case but it seems to be general).
  
  I took one of your existing fiddler (angularjs) and changed the code to quickly reproduce the behavior:

  -go to http://jsfiddle.net/Wijmo5/569oo8fa/

  -The legend title is hidden

  If we look the height of the svg is 138 but the height of the legend is 159
