Flexgid column text is overflowing

  the text from a columns is overflowing onto the next column.

  In picture:b4 the State is hightlighted
  
  we press Shift+Tab and then “N”
  
  and we see in picture:AFT that the Cost Centre is overridden by employee

  How can we stop this happening

  It helps if you DON’T do this:
  
  cell.style.overflow = ‘visible’

  removed this and the overflow went away. (this was from 2 yo code)
