Can't select the flexgrid's row by click the row header when

  When allowDragging = wijmo.grid.AllowDragging.Both/wijmo.grid.AllowDragging.Rows,
  
  then click the row header will not select the row.
  
  steps:

  1. open the link http://jsfiddle.net/kve6a8zn/
     
     2.click the row header to select the row.
     
     it has no effect, because allowDragging was set to wijmo.grid.AllowDragging.Both.

  This is by design. However, if you would like to change selection on rowHeader click, you need to handle mousedown event and select the target row.
