Hello,
I have a FlexSheet that is configured with frozen columns, and the keyActionTab is set to CycleOut. In IE and Firefox, I cannot tab into the FlexSheet. When tabbing through the page elements, the FlexSheet is skipped. This is not a problem in Chrome.

We are sorry for the delayed response.
We are unable to replicate to the issue with latest build 5.20173.405, please test again with latest build.
Also, find the attached sample for the same.

We are sorry for the delayed response.
Thanks for the sample, we are able to replicate the issue and it seems a bug. Hence, this issue has been reported to the concerned team for further investigation with tracking id 306843.
We will let you know as soon as we get any update on this.

Hello,
This issue does seem to be fixed in the latest build, so thanks for that! Unfortunately, I’ve run into a few more problems with CycleOut in build 5.20173.428. These issues occur in multiple browsers, but are more consistent in IE and Firefox.
When the focus is on an element that is after the FlexSheet and Shift+Tab is used to cycle backwards through the page elements, the cells in the FlexSheet are not cycled through.
If the mouse is used to select a cell in the FlexSheet, and then the mouse is used again to select an element before the FlexSheet, then tabbing through the page elements does not tab through the cells in the FlexSheet.

The bug has been fixed in pre-build release version(5.20181.436).
