  Angular v6 will be there in coming weeks (https://github.com/angular/angular/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md) with a new template engine (ivy) which theoretically have no breaking changes!

  I would like to know if you have already made some tests and when are you planning to release a new compatible version if needed.
