User can add a Formula to an Read-only cell

  As you can see on my video attached. I used demo of Spreadjs, when I turned on protected sheet. I can’t edit or resize the cell.
  
  However, I tried the cheat the notification by using “Esc” key and the icon “fx” changed the color to blue and I could edit the formula.
  
  I think this is an issue. So, I want to give a question.:

  • When the Spreadjs fix this issue?
  • How to hot fix this issue?

  Hi,

  We are able to replicate the issue on our end. Therefore, we have escalated this issue to the development team for further investigation and resolution of the same. The internal tracking ID for the issue is: SJS-20057. Please be rest assured that we will keep you updated on the progress of the issue.

  As a workaround, you can create a custom command and bind the custom command the the Esc key. The custom command will run when the Esc key is pressed and accordingly disable the function button(fx) key in the formula bar.

  Alternatively, you can also set the event handler to “click” event on the function button element and prevent the opening of the formula editing dialog box.
