  Why is it that after uploading the sample file on a live server, i am unable to view the file?

  Hello,

  Could you please specify which file are you uploading? And are you using our online demos to uplaod your file ? Or are you deploying your application on some server wherein you are facing this issue?

  Please share your sample file with us and steps to replicate the issue. We will look into the same thereon.
