Show percent value in formula bar with clicked cell

  If clicked cell contains percents, the formula bar show decimal number. So 50% shows 0.5 (first screenshot), but if the cell is in edit mode the formula bar shows 50% (second screenshot).

  Is somehow possible to also show percents in just clicked cell?
