  Hi,

  I am using SpreadJs Designer version 18.1.4. I encountered a very strange issue when I open print menu, then I click on export menu, the print dialog appears immediately. This issue only happens with excel file which has many pages. My excel has 40 pages. You can see the issue in my recording here:

  Can you please let me know if this is some bug from spreadjs library which happens with large excel file ? Thanks for your support !

  Hi,

  I tried to reproduce the issue using the available information but couldn’t replicate it. On my side, I imported an Excel file containing 40 sheets, and it worked as expected. Please refer to the attached

  It seems the issue might be specific to your file. Could you please share the file with us so we can investigate further and assist you accordingly??

  Thank you for sharing the Excel file. We were able to replicate the behavior on our side and have escalated it to the dev team. The internal tracking ID is SJS-31649. I will update you as soon as I receive any information.

  Hi,

  The mentioned issue with tracking id SJS-31649 has been resolved in the latest version of the SpreadJS V18.2.4. Kindly upgrade to the latest version and let us know in case you still face the same issue.
