  Hey.

  I’m are using right now SpreadJS v15.0.3 with Pivot Table add-on but still I’m getting the information that the add-on is not enabled.

  Pivot Table button has been added to the Designer ribbon and as You can see after interacting with it this

  Create PivotTable

  modal shows.

  OK

  option does nothing unfortunately also on the bottom the is this information printed the the add-on is not enabled.

  

  In the past we have been using version 14 of SpreadJS library with this add-on and it was working fine, so only indication what might be wrong is license key for version 15.

  Any ideas or suggestions how to handle this problem?

  Hi Piotr,

  For enabling pivot addon you need to have a valid license key for Version 15. The issue might be caused by that. The license key for V14 won’t work with V15.

  Upon setting the valid license key for V15, if the issue still persists, please provide the license key on private portal( https://www.grapecity.com/my-account/my-support/) so that we can verify the license key and assist you accordingly.
