  Hi there!

  I am using SpreadJS React. and I get this error when I try to open a doc in the production environment.

  Cannot read property 'push' of undefined
  

  This does not happen in the development environment.I have not applied for the license yet. so need to know if that could be the problem.

  Hi Rusith,

  Yes, You are correct, This error usually comes when we don’t set or set the invalid string as a License Key. Please make sure you add the valid licenseKey on prod mode and if the issue persists please share a small sample that replicates the issue so that we could investigate it further and help you accordingly.

  Hi Avinash,

  We got a trial license valid for 30 day from Shane Stamm. I tried to register the key in the admin console but it gave me an error. Based on reading pervious document on spreadjs production license we need to register the hostname somewhere and I am not sure where this should be done… So I asked Rusith to try the key provided directly in the code as license key… and that seems to be throwing the error. Let us know if we are missing a set or do I reach out to Shane to let him know that the key is not working.

  Hi Preetam,

  Once you get the Trial license just need to use the key directly to the code. Further, we unable to replicate the issue. Could you please share the snapshot of the error that you are facing so that we could have a better understanding about the error and assist you accordingly,
