  Hello everyone, how are you?

  I would like to register a new format and add it to the list of formats, either as special or custom.

  Regardless of the selected language, I would like to create a rule that applies the American format (#, ##0.00) to my number.

  Even though my culture and separators are different.

  Hi,

  As I understand, you’ve set a culture that uses different separators, but you want to apply formatting in the American style (#,##0.00).

  SpreadJS applies formatting based on the culture that’s set, so if you’re using a different culture, the formatting will follow that culture’s rules — this behavior is expected and by design.

  If you want to apply American-style formatting while using another culture, you can use a custom format. You can refer to this sample:

  In this sample, a custom format is applied to cell A1 so that when you enter any number, it’s displayed in a European style regardless of the culture defined in the sample. You can use the same approach to achieve your desired American-style formatting.
