  I understand how IconCriterion Number works.
  
  I don’t understand the logic behind Percent. I attached a sample jpg. Could you please explain how the ThreeTrafficLights Icons are assigned, what’s the rule?

  OK, I found an explanation in an excel tutorial, the Limits are calculated with
  
  min+0.33*(max-min)
  
  min+0.67*(max - min)
