  Found an issue:
  
  here are the steps:

  1. go to https://www.grapecity.com/en/demos/spread/JS/InspectorSample/
  2. click ‘O’ column header to select entire column
  3. freeze column
  4. select cells: N10, O10, P10, Q10
  5. for above selection set padding to: 1 8 1 8
  6. enter value in Q10 of e.g. 32
  7. BUG: border between P10 and Q10 is missing; see attachement

  I am able to replicate this issue at my end and have informed the development team about same. I will let you know as soon as I get an update on this. The tracking id for this issue is 256928

  The issue was fixed in the v12 release. Please confirm the same in the sample again and let us know if you face any issues.
