  Hey

  Found a bug in v11 and the new outline column when being used with the migration file.
  
  If the project contains the migration file, you can collapse column using the indicator but never expand.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download code from: https://www.grapecity.com/en/demos/spread/JS/TutorialSample/#/demos/outlineColumn
  2. Open the html; expand/collapse works
  3. Add a script tag after the .sheets.all..js for the .sheets.migration..js
  4. Repeat step #2, you can collapse but never expand.

  We are able to replicate this issue at our end. We are further investigating it. I will let you know as soon as we find a work-around/solution for same.
