    Hi!

I’m working with Grapecity.Documents.Pdf to transform an untagged PDF into a tagged one, in a step of the program we retrive the images of the PDF (GetImages()) in order to copy them later in the same spot of the new tagged PDF. Unfortunately with one particular PDF there is some kind of problem: the images are retrived and copied without giving any exception but then when I open the PDF with Adobe Reader an error appear and no image is showed :frowning:

I can give you the original and final PDF but i need to share them in a more private way because the information contained inside are confidential, how i can share them with you?

    Thank you in advance,

    Simona

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us with your query.

We need the sample Pdfs to replicate this issue. Please provide the Pdfs or stripped Sample. So, that we can replicate this issue and assist you better.

If your Pdf is confidential, then please do not share here in public Forums. Everyone can access this.

Instead, you can generate a support ticket, which is private. You can share the Pdf on that ticket. The shared files will be secured.

You can generate a private support ticket from here: https://developer.mescius.com/my-account/my-support

    Best Regards,

Thank you so much! I will open a private support ticket then  At the moment though I can’t open it because the page gives an error in the console and the loading image keep playing forever (

) :frowning: is it a bug or i can fix it in some way? :frowning:

Now the loading bug disappeared but when I try to submit the post it doesn’t submit it and in the console i see a 405 not allowed error :frowning:

Maybe is it because my account is not connected with the license or something like that?

Assuming that was the problem I gave all the information to the owner of the account with the license connected and he will open the ticket for me
