  Hi,

  We are using Documents for Excel v6.0.3 to send json file to SpreadJS 16.2. In attached excel file there are notes and comments and they are visible. But when updated to latest Documents version 6.2.2 the notes are not displayed anymore. I tried various versions of Documents and the last version notes are displayed is 6.1.0.

  Hello Petri,

  We have tried creating a JSON file with your given Excel file with 6.2.2 and 6.10 versions and tried loading it in the SpreadJS designer and the issue is not replicable.

  Please find the code that we have used and the files generated and let us know if you are doing anything different.

  We have run the sample at our end but the issue is not replicable, please see the attached GIF for reference and let us know if you are doing anything differently.

  Along with this please let us know the following so that we can test it in the same environment:

  1. machine Culture
  2. OS details.
  3. Browser details on which you are testing this app.

  Hi,

  Windows 11, Chrome 117, Region was set Finnish (Finland).
  
  But when I tried with region English (United States) it is working!
  
  So this is related to region. Also noted that when I scale the sheet bigger, you can see very small note appearing.

  We have tested the app in your mentioned environment but the issue is not replicating. Please see the attached screenshots for reference.

  We have also mentioned the exact Chrome and VS versions for your reference, please share the version you are using at your end.

  Also, please check with another browser and let us know if you are facing the same issue with it.

  **Note: ** As per our understanding, you are not getting any cell notes [Threaded Comments] in any of the cells when building the app with 6.2.2 builds. Please let us know if you have any different understanding.

  Hi,

  Change the region format to Finnish (Finland). My doubt is that problem relates to dot (.) and comma (,) used as decimal / thousand separator. That may affect the sizing of notes window.

  We have also tried that but the issue is still not replicable, please see the attached screenshot for reference.
  
  Can you please test it on some other machine and let us know if you face the same issue with it too?

  Also, share the screen resolution and scaling details.

  Hi,

  Have tried with different machine, same thing with Finnish settings.
  
  Note that in your environment (in picture) you do not have Finnish decimal/digit grouping symbol. Screen resolutions have tried (1980x1080) and (2560x1440) with scaling 100% and 150%. The reason is decimal symbol comma (,) we are using in Finland. Dot (.) is working I tested.
