Product code or serial number is invalid

    My employer sent me a new development laptop and I need to install all existing software on the new machine. When I try to install Input Pro 1.0.13.0 it tells me that the product code or serial number is invalid but they are valid. Launching Visual Studio 2010, I just get errors about the license. I need to resolve this ASAP. The new laptop is Windows 10, the old laptop is Windows 7 Enterprise. I am an administrator on both laptops.

    You can provide us your product code and serial number so that we can check if they are valid.

    I would also like to inform you that InputPro 1.0.13.0 is a very old product and has never been tested for Windows 10. We can not guarantee that it will install/work fine on latest environment.

    I am also facing the issue and I am getting “serial number is invalid” issue whenever I have entered the serial number, so anyone can tell me how I can resolve this license issue. I got Acer laptop no audio output device issue on my laptop then I resolved this from this site https://www.acersupportnumber.com/acer-support-number-europe/
