  Hi,

  I want to use the C1ReportDesigner for one of our projects. And we are looking for some options like Autosave, etc…
  
  To do so I started the following application:

  C:\Program Files (x86)\ComponentOne\C1Reports\v4\C1ReportDesigner.exe
  

  When I expected to see the option dialog, a exception was raised, which stated, that the assembly “C1.Win.C1Themes.4.dll” is missing. (See screenshot)
  
  The same exception raises for the Grid-Properties.

  I downloaded the current trial version and older version. In all version this assembly is missing.

  Can you please provide me this assembly for the full functionality of the C1ReportDesigner?

  Hi,
  
  I thing there is some thing wrong with your machine.
  
  Please try with the below suggestions:

  1. Download the ComponentOne Cleanup utility to clean the previous installation of ComponentOne Studio from the below link and run:
     
     http://cdn.componentone.com/files/c1cleaner/ComponentOneCleaner20161.1.5.exe
  2. After completion of the step 1 download the latest ComponentOne Studio from:
     
     https://www.grapecity.com/en/download/componentone-studio
  3. Install the ComponentOne Studio
  4. Run the C1ReportDesigner from
     
     C:\Program Files (x86)\ComponentOne\Apps\v4.0\C1ReportDesigner.exe

  Hope, this will solve your issue.

  Hi Singh,
  
  Thank you for your support.
  
  1.) I download the Cleaner Tool and executed it. But I got an error (see bleow)
  
  2.) I tried to install the ComponentOne Studio on another machine and the installation was interrupted by an errror (see Screenshot below). Maybe this will be a result of our company policies. (Screenshot)
  
  3.) So I tried an older offline installer I found on your ftp site (but newer than our registered version)* “ftp://ftp.componentone.com/SupportFTP/C1Installers/”
  
  and after the installation the needed file was still missing in the concerning directory. (See screenshot below on german Windows)

  Can you please double-check if this file is really delivered with your installer?

  Please share the below log files of C1StudiosWebInstaller and ComponentOneCleaner utility which is generated in documents folder on which the error is raised at the time of installation/running.

  1. C1StudiosWebInstaller.log
  2. ComponentOneCleaner.log

  So that we can assist you accordingly.

  Now I was able to install the new trial version an the missing dll is there for 2017 version of ComponentOne C1ReportDesigner. In elder versions (including the 2016) this .dll I have not found. But for now I’m pleased and want to thank you again.
