I’m trying to import reports from Crystal Reports but I just get the message “Crystal Reports is not installed”.
SAP Crystal Reports, version for Microsoft Visual Studio (64-bit) 13.0.40 and Visual Studio 2022 is installed.
What more is needed?

Hello Robert,
We were able to reproduce the behavior where the error occurs with the message, refer to the attached images. We are getting in touch with the development team to get their insights on this. We will notify you as soon as we have any updates.
If you have different observations, please share the designer version, a screenshot of the error you see, along with the sample .rpt file for further investigation.

Attached image of my scenario.
Could not find a version number, but it is a fresh install so it is the latest.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the error.
Upon reviewing the attached image, we noticed that you are using ActiveReports for your project. Please note that ComponentOne and ActiveReports are separate products and, since this case was created under the ComponentOne forum, we initially investigated the issue assuming it was related to C1FlexReport.
However, since the issue is related to ActiveReports, please create a new case in the relevant https://developer.mescius.com/forums/channel-activereports instead. Our ActiveReports team will take it from there and assist you further.
