  Hello, I believe I need an existing key to an earlier version, but I’m not sure how to go about requesting it and how to get the software downloaded on my computer. I have my current key, so if you need it, please let me know. Thank you

  First, we would like to apologize for the delayed response on this.
  
  As we understand, you already have a key and now you would like to get the latest version for ComponentOne products.

  If this is the case, you all need to go to the following link and download the required product:
  
  https://www.grapecity.com/en/download

  Afer this, you need to activate your machine where you are going to install this new product.

  PS: Please uninstall previous ComponentOne product if there is any. Also, the License key should be valid for 2018V2 release.

  Please let us know if you have any further query.
