This is a crazy longshot but with the rollout of the new win11 24h2 we are noticing that when we export a report to pdf, the image zoom property is ignored and the image is exported in its original size.

This means we only see the top left corner of the image on the pdf version.

Still on an very old version 7 of activereports, but has anyone else noticed this in newer versions and is there anything we can do to fix this?

I wrote 22h2 but I meant 24h2 in the title.

    Hi Jimmy,

This is an already reported issue, and it should be resolved if you run the application in CrossPlatform compatibility mode.

    We hope this helps!

    Hi Jimmy,

This issue has also been fixed in our latest release, i.e., v18.2.1. You may download the same from here: ActiveReports 18.2 (v18.2.1.1484)

Thanks for your patience and cooperation!

I am finding the same issue - we are on V12 of Active Reports (no option of CrossPlatform that I can see)

I have run into some issues upgrading all the way to 18, will you be fixing this issue in earlier versions?

    Hi Jimmy,

Windows 11 24h2 is a very recent release, and ActiveReports 12 is a very old and our legacy product, which has been out of maintenance for quite a long time now. Due to this, unfortunately, we won’t be able to fix the issue in ActiveReports 12. It will be suggested that you upgrade to ActiveReports 18 for the fix.

Now, regarding your issues with your upgradation process, we can’t guarantee you a smooth upgradation process as the upgrade from ActiveReports 12 to ActiveReports 18 is a major version upgrade, and there have been many changes, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and breaking changes since then.

It is suggested that you refer to the breaking changes for each version using the following links before upgrading:

We appreciate your understanding, and feel free to create a new forum post or support ticket if you face any issues in the upgrade process, and we will be glad to assist.
