  My WinForms app with .NET Framework v4,8 use Grapecity Activereports v14.
  
  In some, not all, customerš machine at app logging trace have exception of app: at Method GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Configuration.ReportingConfiguration::GetSectionObject
  
  raise error message: Unable to find configuration section: ‘appSettings’ ???
  
  What does it mean, or what should be done in addition to the app?
