  Hello,
  
  Because of my old machine is unavailable, so i use license website try to Submit a Reactivation Request.
  
  But i get Invalid serial key Error at last.
  
  My Product Key Length is 24 (ActiveReports-v11.0.8705)
  
  Is there any possible to reactivation with my Product Key?
