  Hi All,

  I have a professional license.

  This is my licenses.licx:

  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.SectionReport, MESCIUS.ActiveReports
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.PageReport, MESCIUS.ActiveReports
  GrapeCity.ActiveReports.Export.Pdf.Section.PdfExport, MESCIUS.ActiveReports.Export.Pdf

  How can I fix it.

  Hi Xuan,

  It seems like you are using the application with some older version of ActiveReports. You may use the ActiveReports File Converter to convert your application to ActiveReports 18.

  P.S., in order to use the ActiveReports File Converter tool for ActiveReports 18, make sure that ActiveReports 18 is installed on your machine. You may download ActiveReports 18 from the attached link and utilize its features free for the first 30 days: Download ActiveReports 18

  After downloading, you may refer to the attached documentation link for the detailed installation process: Install ActiveReports

  Also, since there may be differences between the product requirements for ActiveReports that your application is using and ActiveReports 18, please refer to the product requirements for ActiveReports 18 here: Product Requirements

  In addition to that, there have been many breaking changes between the versions. Hence, it is suggested to refer to the breaking changes for each version using the links that are relevant to you from the followings before upgrading:

  • Breaking changes from ActiveReports 17 to ActiveReports 18
  • Breaking changes from ActiveReports 16 to ActiveReports 17
  • Breaking changes from ActiveReports 15 to ActiveReports 16
  • Breaking changes from ActiveReports 14 to ActiveReports 15
  • Breaking changes from ActiveReports 13 to ActiveReports 14
  • Breaking changes from ActiveReports 12 to ActiveReports 13
