    Hi,

I’m having problems using “Richtext”. When I use Japanese characters (2-byte characters), if I enter too many characters it will automatically break and drop to the next line. But when I use normal characters (1-byte characters, normal English characters), if I enter too many characters, it will not break automatically and fall to the next line, it will be lost.

If I use “Textbox” it won’t be the case above. But when I use “Textbox”, the line break is too much and it creates blank spaces at the bottom of the “Textbox” when I use viewer mode on the website (when I use “Can Grow” mode for " Textbox"). But when I view in ActiveReportJS software, it does not have the space above. My system needs to work on the web, but “Richtext” doesn’t create space below, so that’s why I have to use “Richtext”.

I have attached the report and pdf below.

    Hi Tuan,

We were able to replicate the issue on our end, as the RichTextBox does not support RTF content we also tested adding ‘<html>,<body>’ tags to the content but the RichTextBox does not seem to grow as expected, therefore, we have escalated the issue to our development team (Case ID: ARJ-5785) and will let you know of any updates regarding the same.

    Regards,

    Anand
