  I need to transfer the license to a new machine but I don’t have any info on the key. All I have is what’s in the screenshot from the old machine license manager. Can you help?

  Hi Zachary,

  Unfortunately, we are unable to find any license keys associated with your account. You can log on to https://developer.mescius.com/login with the account you purchased your licenses with and go to the ‘My Licenses’ section under ‘My Account’ to find your Full license keys.

  If you are unable to find the licenses or are unsure about the account used to purchase the licenses you can get in touch with our sales team at us.sales@mescius.com or call 1.800.858.2739 as they’ll be better assist you regarding this.
