  On my Section report, Picture location is on 0,0 at design mode.
  
  On running mode this report create with this picture, moving Picture place to bottom!
  
  Why?

  I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue at my end. Please share a runnable sample application replicating the issue so we can reproduce the issue or edit the attached sample such that it reproduces the issue and send it back to us at our end and get back to you accordingly.
