Offline Activation in a close system?

  Has anyone tried doing an Offline Activation on a closed system? I’m trying to activate ActiveReports 16.0 on a closed system that isn’t connected to the Internet. Information can go in, but isn’t allowed out, so I can’t get the Activation Key to the GrapeCity website. I’ve tried contacting Support, but so far, they’ve only told me to try the steps that I’ve already tried.

  I was wondering if anyone out there has had any success in doing this, or if Support will be unable to help me with this.
