Combining multiple data fields to custom category

  I currently have a database formatted similarly to

  Columns: 6M_Contribution, 1YR_Contribution, 3YR_Contribution, 5YR_Contribution, 7YR_Contribution…

  Is it possible to categorize these columns into a column chart with custom categories such as (<1YR, 3YR, 5YR+ ? In short, using database table headers in place of the categories in the X field of a column chart and summing specific data fields.

  It will be similar to the attached chart. This chart also contains two columns each category (Estimate and Actual). Please let us know if this is possible also!
