  Hi Team,

  I have an issue with the Active Reports. Please give me suggestions to fix it.

  In the database i have 149915 records for report to print but in the Application UI i am not able to see those except headers and footers of the report only.
  
  So that i altered my SQL Query to print only top 5000 so its working fine. Now the problem is my client needs all the data in the report UI so how can i solve this ? and may i know the limit like how many rows/records it will print. My version is Active Reports 9 Designer. Please share your thoughts and help me to fix this.

  Hello Mahesh,

  I am unable to replicate the issue at my end. I tested with 150000 records and report is previewed successfully.
  
  Please share the AR version that you are using. Also,could you please check with the latest hotfix of AR9

  If issue still occurs, please share the report along with the DB. So that, I can replicate the issue at my end.

  Thanks for the reply. I am using the ActiveRePorts 9 Designer so is that hotfix is related to same version ? or it suitable for all versions ? in my case if i apply that hotfix it resolves my issue ?. Please find the attachment.

  Above hotifx is compatible for only AR9 version. Yes, hotfix is related to your AR9 version.

  in my case if i apply that hotfix it resolves my issue
  
  We can’t say that hotfix will resolve your issue. Could you please try at your end with latest fix.

  There is no such limit is defined in AR.
