What’s New in SpreadJS v18.2

The highlights of SpreadJS v18.2 include new theme support in the Designer Ribbon component, new funnel and treemap chart types with the optional DataCharts add-on component, and paste special and transform cells with LAMBDA formulas. SpreadJS’s Designer Ribbon component now has flexible Theme support in the v18.2 release. JavaScript developers can choose between predefined Light, Dark, and Classic themes or create custom themes to match their application’s branding, enhancing visual integration. Customizing a theme’s colors, fonts, and styles can be done extensively through CSS variables or the built-in API. This flexible theming system ensures seamless visual integration with existing applications, significantly enhancing user experience and consistency. In SpreadJS v18.2, the optional DataCharts add-on component now includes new funnel and treemap chart types. The funnel chart support allows for visualization of sequential data or conversions, perfect for sales pipelines or workflow stages. The treemap chart enables visualization of hierarchical data through nested rectangles, providing an immediate understanding of complex data relationships in a compact form.
