Conversion tool not appearing in toolbar

Background:

After installing or upgrading Active Reports you may experience a problem where your conversion tool may disappear in the "tools" tab

Steps to Complete:

  1. Run the installer again, choose "repair". This should fix the issue.

  2. If this does not fix the issue, please Deactivate/Uninstall Active Reports and then Re-install.

  3. If neither of these options fix the issue, contact support.
